CTM was founded in 1995 by a team of technical universities graduates. The very first its product was VED-Info. Now it is a unique directory of customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
At the same time CTM had been developing a system of electronic collaboration between Russia’s North-West Customs Administration and Russian Railways. Since then our company is focused on railway logistics and customs clearance.
A few years later CTM became an official partner and IT developer for Russian Railways and Federal Customs Service of Russia. Now the company is also an official member of international economic and railway logistic associations such as Organisation for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD), Coordinating Council on Trans-Siberian Transportation (CCTT) and others.
