Publish date: 23 april 2019
On April 15-17, TransRussia 2019 was held in Moscow — the most important transport and logistics exhibition in Russia and the CIS, one of the largest events of this kind in the world. Our company traditionally took an active part in this event. The CTM stand was located in the very heart of Hall 3 and neighboured with the key logistics industry players such as TransContainer, Fesco, Transcom and our other clients.
Nearly 150 organizations from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, China, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Uzbekistan, Iran, Turkey and other countries visited the CTM stand during the three days of the exhibition.
Experienced users left a lot of positive feedback on the CTM solutions and the new functionality: search for dangerous goods in Rail-Info, Price-list module in Rail-Tariff, arbitration practice on classification of goods in VED-Info and others.
Also, one of the trends of the recent years is a visitors' requests for complex automation of working processes of freight forwarding companies, when you can use only one system to issue an application, calculate a tariff, make payment, monitor the transportation process.
Despite its global status, TransRussia has more than 70% of participants and visitors, mainly from Moscow and the Central Federal District of Russia. The main part of the guests of the CTM stand was from this region at the last exhibition. However we note the activity of companies from other cities of the Russian Federation. Companies from Vladivostok, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Chelyabinsk, Samara, Tolyatti, Barnaul showed interest in the CTM software solutions.
Developing conference program of TransRussia attracts attention. There were five business panels where services and products were presented, discussions were held on the current trends in the industry, its results and plans. This positive fact has also affected the increase of the number of visitors. The organizers of event reported a 14% increase compared with last year (almost 19,000 visitors). CTM made its contribution to attracting visitors, taking the 7th place among more than 400 participants according to this indicator.
